In order to keep employees safe and to comply with the OSHA standard, facilities must:
Develop – create a lockout/tagout program specific to the machinery in your facility, including equipment that is not capable of being locked out
Implement – use lockout devices for equipment that can be locked out and tagout devices to identify who is performing maintenance
Train – teach employees the lockout/tagout procedures and be sure authorized employees can perform the procedure accurately
Enforce – monitor and maintain that the implemented procedures are being performed
Inspect – lockout/tagout procedures as well as employees should be audited at least annually
4 Lockout Tags
(4) LOTO Tag - Generously sized with the word “Danger” blazed across both the front and back sides. It is easily read for a bold safety warning. 'DO NOT OPERATE' printed on the front meets OSHA standard 1910.147(c)(5)(iii)
'Tagout devices shall warn against hazardous conditions if the machine or equipment is energized and shall include a legend such as the following: Not Operate.'
Constructed with heavy duty 15mil thick nylon plastic, this LOTO tag is designed to remain clearly visible in even the toughest environments and in adherence to 910.147(c)(5)(ii)(A)(2)
'Tagout devices shall be constructed and printed so that exposure to weather conditions or wet and damp locations will not cause the tag to deteriorate or the message on the tag to become illegible.'

(2) TRADESAFE️ keyed different red safety padlocks with non-conductive thermoplastic unibody and 1 1/2in (38mm) stainless steel shackle. Exclusively designed for lockout tagout applications and features a premium brass cylinder reserved for safety padlocks; key retaining feature ensures lock isn’t left unlocked. (1) key per lock ensuring safe compliance and reduced procedural error.

(2) 1in interior jaw diameter hasp. chrome plated steel with non-binding nylon handle that accommodates up to six safety locks
