LASER DIODE WITH OPTICAL MIRROR ASSEMBLY, MARKED AS HH2 POWER UNKNOWN lot of 10

Description

We had a group of new Bar Code Scanners that we no longer needed so we have taken the new laser assemblies out and are now for sale.
The leads have never been soldered, they were installed onto push sockets.
These are marked as HH2, we do not know the full characteristics but I have been told they
Operate on voltage: 2.2V and the size is TO18(5.6mm).
We do not know the mw rating but for Bar Code scanners is fairly low power.
It does come assembled with the first surface optical mirror assembly (we took it apart for the photo)
