It was Annmarie’s seventh birthday, and she was beside herself with excitement. Her mother had promised her a brand new doll for her birthday this year, and Annmarie had been extra good to make sure she would get it. When she opened her box she immediately fell in love with her new doll and named her Lucy. Annmarie carried her everywhere she went.
Soon strange things being happening around the house, and Annmarie. No one thought much of it at first just a couple cabinets left open here or there, sometimes things would go missing for weeks at a time only to turn up in strange places.
One day Lucy just disappeared. Annmarie was devastated. She started talking walks in the woods near her home to pass the time. She thought about Lucy while on her walks.
During one of her walks she came across an old graveyard. As she walked around Annmarie came across a familiar face. It was Lucy. Annmarie was so happy to find her doll. She decided to bring her back home. Only when she tried to pick Lucy up, Annmarie felt herself falling. It was a portal into another dimension. Annmarie was lost forever.
