A little about Molly is she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 19 and alternated between extreme highs and lows. When she was happy she was euphoric, the life of the party dominating every conversation making everyone laugh. She stayed up for days on end, spent money irresponsibly and drank too much.
When she was sad she was in despair and couldn’t get out of bed. She would cry non stop for days and days until the depressive episode was over. To cope with the depression she used destructive methods such as self harm.
Molly suffered for many years until she began using earthing techniques to stay grounded and in touch with her emotions. Molly is a powerful comforting spirit and will help you feel grounded and more connected.
